What happens after I write to you?
One of us reads it — there is no inbox in between. You get an answer within two working days, and if the idea fits, a half-hour call to talk it through before anything is written down.
Can we use one of your products commercially?
Usually, yes. Clubs, organisers and companies run our products under their own name, with the parts they need adapted to the way they already work. Tell us what you are running and we will say what that would take.
Do you build for other people, or only your own products?
Both. Our own products are where the studio started, but a good part of what we build now begins with someone else's problem. The way we work on it is the same either way.
What does a project cost?
It depends on what is being built, so we do not quote before we understand it. Discovery is a small, fixed engagement; everything after it is priced once the scope is real rather than guessed at.
Where do you work from?
Winterthur. We work with clients across Switzerland and the wider DACH region, mostly remotely, and come by in person for the parts that are better in a room.
In which languages?
German and English, in writing and in the room. What we build can ship in both, and in more where a product needs it.
